Wedding Day Only Coordination

This is for you if you have made all your selections, done the major planning, but want to place the running of the actual Day in the hands of a Professional Coordinator. This includes confirmation of all arrangements made with your vendors, the preparation and distribution of timelines and checklists to all vendors and the wedding party, and up to 12 hours of service on the Day at the ceremony and reception site.

Full Coordination of Complete Wedding

We advise, guide and assist with everything from the invitations to the wedding gown, to the flavors of food at the reception to the flowers and favors at the table. A budget guide is prepared and help given to stay within it, price lists, and information provided of preferred vendor, site visits arranged, and accompanied, contracts negotiated, timelines prepared for all vendors, checklists distributed to the wedding party, detailed timelines prepared for the ceremony, orchestration of the rehearsal, on site assistance on the Wedding Day to supervise the setup and implementation of all aspects of provision by the vendors, assistance to the Bride to bustle her gown- and everything else that crops up before the newlyweds wave their final goodbyes to their family and friends.
